Job Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer you will be responsible to support Driscoll’s business applications in Production environment with primary focus on DAX. Work with Application Support team, Test Engineers and clients to validate readiness of Build code deployment to Production. You also will be providing functional support, advice and coaching for business users of both, custom developed and third-party applications. 

Essential Experience:

- Technical support &/or Dynamics AX functionality support (AX2009 and higher) 
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server platform, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server database 

Responsibilities related to MS AX Dynamics Administration: 
• Work closely with the Business users on request to generate Reports, User Access Review and Security group changes.
• Configuring and maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (user management, configuration, deployment)
• Technical responsibilities including multi-tiered application support, basic AD administration and overall environment responsibility in multi-instance AX environment
• Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives.
• Perform Microsoft Dynamics AX Compliance Center configuration, administration, and maintenance.
• Manage security in the Application Integration Framework as needed

Interpersonal Skills:
• Customer focused
• Works with support partners to provide 24x7 support and Level 3 escalation
• Strong Technical knowledge 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with international customers (cultural awareness)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Business, or equivalent work experience
• Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedure for supporting business application in a complex and dynamic operations environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX Products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, web-based application, handheld RF devices and remote connectivity software a plus.
• Experience in ERP support experience, especially with substantial financial knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent learning skills with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, self-motivation and must have a strong team spirit.
• Ideally a candidate will also have an understanding of business concepts e.g. A candidate would understand what is meant by “ensure users that can post invoices are not allowed to pay vendors”
• 3-5 years of experience as a Support Professional in IT field or as an IT Technical Consultant.

JOB SUMMARY:

Director, Supply Chain Platform Development is responsible for the development and implementation of ERP / WMS / TMS and Delight Platform (Traceability) systems solutions across the Supply Chain group that supports the Operational Excellence initiative. This senior management role provides leadership and technical expertise on business process and integration application design, process improvement, project management and the development of best practices relative to systems and business platforms that impact all areas of the business. This individual is responsible for learning and keeping abreast of emerging technologies, designing different capabilities to improve business performance, and driving the adoption of standardized solutions across multiple regions. The position provides leadership and support of all initiatives focused on improving supply chain practices and productivity including leadership of Business Project Management (BPM) professionals.

This Supply Chain leadership position requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives, facilitate positive and solution-oriented discussions with key stakeholders, understand supporting systems, and organizational and compliance requirements across multiple geographies. The development of strategy and enterprise-level impact programs is a key function. 



QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, graduate study a plus
12-15 years of relevant work experience with a proven ability to manage multiple project plans, timelines, and costs effectively, while ensuring strategic and business requirements are met
Excellent process improvement and systems implementation skills
Excellent project management capabilities
Demonstrated success developing and managing a budget
Knowledge of ERP platform development and management
Demonstrated competence managing and leading others
Experience with food traceability processes and procedures 
Ability to negotiate, influence, and work with internal and external key stakeholders and manage multiple projects across the enterprise
A solid understanding of and experience in supply chain systems implementations and a passion for driving company success through adoption of technology 
Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP) desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop program strategy, supporting business case, and various enterprise high-level project plans
Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budget as needed based on business changes and needs
Lead team in analysis and determination of business requirements, as well as manage the planning and execution of technology solutions and associated programs that achieve the business objectives to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize profitability, develop long-term customer loyalty

Work with the Business Project Managers to outline the tasks and deliverables required to drive out the full set of application requirements
Troubleshoot problems associated with designing, implementing, leading, and completing projects, overcoming obstacles
Prepare and present clear and concise oral and written communications
Regular interaction with Business Partners to define application requirements on new and ongoing initiatives
Lead and mentor team members
Complete team deliverables related to design, configuration, test, and implementation
Review detailed design specifications, test plans and user documentation for functional and technical completeness
Establish and maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders, to provide information, garner 
acceptance and support of the project, and ensure that the project meets business needs

About the Job:
The Senior IT Project Manager assumes responsibility for leading and managing IT-related projects and programs across the organization. This role will be part of the Driscoll’s Program Management Office (PMO) that supports the global enterprise in the planning & execution of the project portfolio. The Sr. IT Project Manager is accountable and responsible for developing & executing project plans for multiple, simultaneous mid to large scale projects during all phases of the project lifecycle and partnering with IT teams, Driscoll’s business units and vendors/partners to provide excellent service and deliver quality projects on-time and within budget.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Require a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in a project/program management role, preferably in a PMO environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex, larger scale, global technology projects on time and within budget
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or comparable field of study required
• PMP Certification required
• Experience implementing ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX strongly preferred) with an emphasis on Finance, Order to Cash, Supply Chain and BI Business functions

THE ROLE: As a global shared service partner to all business units the Support Technician II provides the World’s leading supplier of fresh berries with operations in 18 countries on 5 continents with leading edge technical solutions and desktop support.  The Support Tech II knows Windows Server System Administration, understands network protocols, phone systems, tablet and mobile devices, hardware and software, documents details and has the willingness to learn and apply new policies and technologies.

Hiring: Director, Global Enterprise Applications & Support

THE ROLE:


The Director, Global Enterprise Applications and Support is an executive member of the Driscoll’s Information Technology Leadership Team reporting to the CIO. This position will lead and support a team of Director and Manager direct reports in the design, implementation and support of global enterprise business solutions as well as the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions and services. He/She will ensure operations and deliverables of Custom In House Applications, Mobile Applications, Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and Cloud Solutions (SaaS) applications are delivered in alignment to the global business strategy. This key leadership position requires the ability to develop effective global teams, manage multiple initiatives, build/maintain strong relationships and facilitate positive and solution-oriented discussions with key cross functional business stakeholders, understand supporting systems, and organizational and compliance requirements across multiple geographies globally. 

A primary goal of this role is to drive the comprehensive build-out of a global application services delivery program that will be leveraged to the support of Driscoll’s long term growth objectives. This position will direct the efforts of a global enterprise development, implementation and support organization that is a combination of internal employees and multiple partnerships with global systems vendors. The support team is distributed across multiple geographic locations including North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia/Pacific, and South America.
As the Director, Global Enterprise Applications and Support, this position will be the cornerstone ensuring that our entire enterprise application computing environment runs smoothly, efficiently and economically across the globe. 

THE TEAM:

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent; advanced degree desirable

● Minimum of 15 years of Information Technology experience required

● Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with 5 of those gained managing other managers

● Global leadership and multi-instance ERP implementation experience; Implementing world-class processes and systems that significantly improve business operations both locally and on a global scale

● Energizes others towards a global mindset

● Superior at building collaboration and teamwork across the local and global organizations

● Large, global company experience ideally with a multi-channel, diversified consumer company would assist the successful candidate in gaining credibility with the business.

● Experience in a consumer products or industrial company setting. Operational experience supporting a multi-channel, complex supply chain environment would be additive.

● Expertise and previous experience in leveraging outside partners is also required as the successful candidate will work closely with outsourced partners supporting the company's development, maintenance, and infrastructure efforts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 


1. Develop and manage enterprise application "platform teams" and strategies to enable continued global growth, aligning with Driscoll’s strategic plan

2. Execute and provide day-to-day management of implementation projects and maintenance on existing systems

3. Manage tactical delivery of enterprise application vendors and services providers

4. Maintain knowledge on product direction and future offerings of enterprise application vendors

5. Coordinate enterprise application support for business objectives. Validate the capabilities of existing software with the business facing teams.

6. Partner with the PMO team, participate in project request assessments to maintain enterprise applications alignment. Provide estimates (cost, duration) for enterprise application projects.

7. Provide project Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and timing to the business facing teams.

8. Maintain enterprise applications by: Understanding upkeep/enhancement requirements (including patches and upgrades) and designing changes to the existing solution

9. Ensure SLAs are defined from the business facing groups and adhered to by each platform team.

10. Participate in a committee to establish IT standards, approve deviations and/or new requests. Coordinates with Architecture group to research new technology and takes position on where they are most appropriate for Driscoll's IT environment.

11. Define/Develop the Driscoll's Service Delivery Model for enterprise applications.
