Job Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer you will be responsible to support Driscoll’s business applications in Production environment with primary focus on DAX. Work with Application Support team, Test Engineers and clients to validate readiness of Build code deployment to Production. You also will be providing functional support, advice and coaching for business users of both, custom developed and third-party applications. 

Essential Experience:

- Technical support &/or Dynamics AX functionality support (AX2009 and higher) 
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server platform, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server database 

Responsibilities related to MS AX Dynamics Administration: 
• Work closely with the Business users on request to generate Reports, User Access Review and Security group changes.
• Configuring and maintaining Dynamics AX administrative tasks such as (user management, configuration, deployment)
• Technical responsibilities including multi-tiered application support, basic AD administration and overall environment responsibility in multi-instance AX environment
• Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives.
• Perform Microsoft Dynamics AX Compliance Center configuration, administration, and maintenance.
• Manage security in the Application Integration Framework as needed

Interpersonal Skills:

• Works with support partners to provide 24x7 support and Level 3 escalation
• Strong Technical knowledge

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Business, or equivalent work experience
• Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedure for supporting business application in a complex and dynamic operations environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX Products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, web-based application, handheld RF devices and remote connectivity software a plus.
• Experience in ERP support experience, especially with substantial financial knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent learning skills with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, self-motivation and must have a strong team spirit.
• Ideally a candidate will also have an understanding of business concepts e.g. A candidate would understand what is meant by “ensure users that can post invoices are not allowed to pay vendors”
• 3-5 years of experience as a Support Professional in IT field or as an IT Technical Consultant.

JOB SUMMARY:

Director, Supply Chain Platform Development is responsible for the development and implementation of ERP / WMS / TMS and Delight Platform (Traceability) systems solutions across the Supply Chain group that supports the Operational Excellence initiative. This senior management role provides leadership and technical expertise on business process and integration application design, process improvement, project management and the development of best practices relative to systems and business platforms that impact all areas of the business. This individual is responsible for learning and keeping abreast of emerging technologies, designing different capabilities to improve business performance, and driving the adoption of standardized solutions across multiple regions. The position provides leadership and support of all initiatives focused on improving supply chain practices and productivity including leadership of Business Project Management (BPM) professionals.

This Supply Chain leadership position requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives, facilitate positive and solution-oriented discussions with key stakeholders, understand supporting systems, and organizational and compliance requirements across multiple geographies. The development of strategy and enterprise-level impact programs is a key function. 



QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, graduate study a plus
12-15 years of relevant work experience with a proven ability to manage multiple project plans, timelines, and costs effectively, while ensuring strategic and business requirements are met
Excellent process improvement and systems implementation skills
Excellent project management capabilities
Demonstrated success developing and managing a budget

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

About the Job:
The Senior IT Project Manager assumes responsibility for leading and managing IT-related projects and programs across the organization. This role will be part of the Driscoll’s Program Management Office (PMO) that supports the global enterprise in the planning & execution of the project portfolio. The Sr. IT Project Manager is accountable and responsible for developing & executing project plans for multiple, simultaneous mid to large scale projects during all phases of the project lifecycle and partnering with IT teams, Driscoll’s business units and vendors/partners to provide excellent service and deliver quality projects on-time and within budget.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Require a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in a project/program management role, preferably in a PMO environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex, larger scale, global technology projects on time and within budget

• PMP Certification required

Driscoll's is looking for a Senior Nursery Operations Manager for our Corralitos Nursery, located on the beautiful central coast of California
This position leads all aspects of Corralitos Greenhouse Propagation, including the laboratory, greenhouses, growing areas, shipping, packing, inventory management, and facilities, to ensure annual plant orders are met within quality standards, on time, and in volume.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Position requires leadership, reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management skills, ability to work cross-functionally, creativity, and a process improvement mindset.  Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.  A B.A/B.S. RESPONSIBILITIES:                 
Corralitos Nursery Facility Leadership: Provides day to day leadership for Tissue Culture production, greenhouse propagation, shipping, and inventory management ensuring that the yearly production plan is executed.   Responsible for development of a Production Plan that provides sufficient quality, quantity, and volume of plants for Commercial and Breeding Orders.  Develops best practices and standard operating procedures, guides and promotes accurate inventory reporting, recruits, trains and evaluates personnel and labor needs, prepares budgets, manages facilities and record keeping, ensures compliance with laws and regulations for safety and pesticide use, and maintains good relations with nursery neighbors.

Develops operational goals and objectives to align with the Nursery Functional Work Group Plan.  Establishes metrics to support key goals and operational effectiveness and efficiency.   Develops annual operating budget and maintains a 5 year capital expenditure plan.   Represents Corralitos in Nursery Production Planning meetings.   

Works directly with both internal and external customers to understand the needs of the foundation nurseries and Direct to Grower customer requirements.   Oversees best practices and standard operating procedures, integrates procedures used globally where applicable.

Propagation Development: crafts new propagation methodologies, directs Greenhouse and Micro-propagation process improvement trials, conceives and implements propagation trials, creates methodologies that improve the quality and speed of propagation within and outside the Corralitos facility.

Leads development of production standards and sets goals for process improvement and efficiency of all operational areas.

Directly supervises, leads and develops the Lab Manager, Greenhouse Manager, Shipping and Inventory Analyst, Facility Supervisor, and indirectly the local Human Resource Representative.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Director of Distribution is responsible for the planning and coordination of enterprise-wide cooling and shipping in North and South America spanning across 50 seasonal operating locations.  This is achieved by creating strategic growth plans for geographic regions, developing and implementing best practice processes across all locations, delivering logistics support services, and leading efforts to identify and adopt outstanding equipment and technology solutions for our distribution network.

This position will provide leadership to a team of managers that operate key functions in support of the flow of products and information from origin in the field to destination with the customer. It includes optimizing cold chain quality while meeting customer service commitments; managing key aspects of distribution center relationships including 3PL contracts, and achieving continuous improvement of operating efficiencies.

The Director of Distribution, and the group of direct report managers, operates in a matrix organization structure.  He/she will lead change and performance across our 50 site network, in conjunction with Regional leadership teams that operate and execute daily operations at each site.  This position may require up to 50% travel, both domestic and international, which requires a valid California Driver’s License, eligibility for Company vehicle insurance and the ability to travel unrestricted on international travel assignments.

        Five (5) plus years of Distribution leadership experience required; preferably in perishable goods
        Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required, Master’s degree preferred
        Knowledge of post-harvest handling of perishables in a multi-site distribution system is greatly valued
