Executive Administrative Liaison

Supporting the President and COO

Reporting directly to the President and COO, the Executive Liaison provides high level administrative support, ensuring the office of the President and COO is operating at the highest level of organization, efficiency and execution. This role is responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining them internally and externally. They are an ambassador of the President/COO and the company as a whole. The Executive Liaison is responsible in keeping the company’s collective purpose in view while bringing projects, initiatives and collaborative efforts from concept to execution. They are able to see the “forest through the trees” and share that vision with others. They successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach or collaboration through others.

This dynamic position requires the ability to be a resourceful generalist and project specialist working up, down and across all levels of this global company. They anticipate the needs of the COO and are proactive and action oriented. They execute and make quality decisions even when there is high level of ambiguity. The right person for this role thrives in a fast and ever- changing environment demanding creative problem solving, team building while maintaining a positive outlook and good sense of humor. Candidate must be fair-minded and people-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Assignments require knowledge of the industry, business goals, company policies and procedures, and different cultures. The position must lead by example and represent Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like manner in all interactions. This position manages two direct reports that support the Executive Liaison and the office of the President/COO and the Chairman/CEO. Some domestic and international travel is required for operational purposes around 10% to 15% of work time.
