Driscoll's is looking for a Nursery Screenhouse  & Substrate Manager for their Red Bluff Nursery, centrally located on the Sacramento River in beautiful Northern California. 

JOB SUMMARY: 
The Nursery Screenhouse and Substrate Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the planning, growing and harvesting of the screenhouse and greenhouse operations at the Red Bluff nursery location. Focus is on improving greenhouse production practices and managing substrate nutrient applications while maintaining high sanitation protocols and supervising SH crew. This role may also provide support to other nursery substrate growing locations as well collaborate with ranch managers and ranch supervisors to problem solve on other plant nutrient problems as needed.
