About the Opportunity
The Compensation and Benefits Manager (Total Rewards Strategy) is responsible for providing leadership and management for the compensation and rewards programs across Driscoll’s global business units. The Compensation and Benefits Manager (Total Rewards Strategy) will also manage the rewards function, plan, develop, implement, and communicate new and amended compensation and rewards programs and policies, in order to be responsive to the company's goals, initiatives, and competitive positioning. This role will also ensure thorough audits, reports, and personal contact that the rewards programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. 10-20% business travel may be required.
