HIRING: IT Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY: As the IT Operations Manager, your responsibility is to lead a highly qualified technical team managing all production applications. Your role is to ensure that our production applications like DAX, Email, Sharepoint, and custom webapps maintain the highest level of availability, quality, security, and compliance amidst an environment of rapid change and growth. This position will embrace best practices in leading teams comprised of Application Support Specialists, Systems Administrators, Network Administrators, Build Engineers, and Scripting and Quality Assurance Engineers. This position requires someone who can successfully deliver both technical and managerial initiatives.
This leadership position requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives, facilitate positive and solution-oriented discussions with key stakeholders, understand supporting systems, and organizational and compliance requirements across multiple geographies. The development of strategy and enterprise-level impact programs is a key function.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven understanding of Applications/Systems: DAX, Windows, SQLServer, .NET, web apps, email, sharepoint
Expereince managing production systems infrastructure either as a systems administrator or operations manager
Leadership
Understanding of the Languages: .NET (Visual Studios 2008/10Travel will be required (up to 30% domestic and international)
