APPLICATION SUPPORT TESTER
THE ROLE: As a global shared service provider the Application Support Tester will be responsible for constructing, managing and maintaining test plans, cases and applications while providing exceptional customer service and end-user testing support.
The App Support Tester will have the experience and a strong business acumen to evaluate the implemented automated testing tools and provide strategies for our global enterprise. Resourceful, analytical and well organized – creating and analyzing test cases, creating progress reports and also ensuring findings are well documented. We need someone with a true passion for test- from creating trouble shooting scenarios, automating test scripts and system test cases to then effectively communicating and presenting findings. Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently as well as participate with colleagues on project teams. This role would require the ability to travel to our other locations.
