Hiring: IT Operations Manager
ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITY:
· Lead a highly qualified technical team managing all production applications in the definition, adoption and evolution of solution delivery methodologies and best practices.
· Ensure that our production applications like DAX, Windows, SQLServer, .Net, Sharepoint, and custom webapps maintain the highest level of availability, quality, security, and compliance amidst an environment of rapid change and growth.
· Proficient with computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
· Lead teams comprised of Application Support Specialists, Systems Administrators, Network Administrators, Build Engineers, and Scripting and Quality Assurance Engineers who are responsible for the production application and infrastructure.
· Work with partners to provide 24X7 support and Level 4 Escalation; ensure security of the production infrastructure, systems and applications and provide incident response management as needed.
· Understand ITIL methodology
· Deliver both technical and managerial initiatives.
· This leadership position requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives, facilitate positive and solution-oriented discussions with key stakeholders, understand supporting systems, and organizational and compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
· Strategize and develop enterprise-level impact programs
· Travel up to 30% domestic & international
